• Deputy-General-Manager-(HR):-The-applicant-should-be-a-graduate-with-good-academic-record-from-a-recognized-University-/-Institute.-Post-Graduate-Diploma-or-Degree-in-Personnel-Management-/-Human-Resource-Management-/-Industrial-Relations-or-Master-in-Business-Administration-(MBA)-/-Post-Graduate-Diploma-in-Management-(PGDM/PGPM)-from-a-recognized-University-/-Institute-will-be-desirable.-A-degree-in-Law-/-Labour-Law-and-experience/exposure-in-SAP/ERP-shall-be-considered-as-an-added-qualification.
• Manager-(P&I):-B-V-Sc.-&-AH-/-B.Sc-(Agri)-/-PG-in-relevant-field-/-MBA-in-Rural-Agri-Business-from-recognized-University-/-Institution-shall-be-considered-as-an-added-qualification.
• Manager-(Commercial-&-Material-Management):-BE-(Mechanical-/-Electrical)-or-Masters-in-Commerce,-preferably-MBA-in-Materials-Management-/-Supply-Chain-Management-(SCM)-/-PGDRM.
• Manager-(Marketing):-Full-time-2-year-MBA-in-Marketing-or-equivalent-Degree-from-a-recognized-Institute-/-University.
• Deputy-Manager-(Marketing):-Full-time-2-year-MBA-in-Marketing-or-equivalent-Degree-from-a-recognized-Institute-/-University.
• Manager-(CFP):-B.Tech-/-BE-(Mechanical-/-Electrical-/-Instrumentation)-or-Post-Graduate-in-relevant-field-with-MBA-in-Operations-/-Production-Management.
• Manager-(Utility-&-Maintenance):-BE-(Mechanical-/-Electrical-/-Instrumentation)-from-a-recognized-University-/-Institution.
• Deputy-Manager-(IT):-First-Class-BE-/-B.Tech-in-Computer-Science-/-Information-Technology-from-a-recognized-University-/-Institution.
